Refund policy

At Lacy Posh we are committed to meeting customer satisfaction and care about your shopping experience.  We hope you love each item you receive, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. 

Store Credit Only 
We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Items must be returned within 30 business days from delivery date to be eligible for STORE CREDIT. 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are currently accepting returns on limited items only.  This means we will not be taking any returns on jewelry, shoes, on-sale items, swimwear, hats, or any accessory item. If your item does not fall under this category and needs to be returned, please email us at info@lacyposh.com imminently for the return address. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange/Return Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be provided with a store credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lacyposh.com.
